& Menopause Specialist
Hi, I’m Ann Boss.
I’m a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) based in California.
I specialize in the evaluation and management of perimenopause and menopause, providing evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs.
My education and training includes:
- MSN, University of Southern California
- BSN, University of California, Los Angeles
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)
- Heather Hirsch Collaborative

How I Work
Menopause affects multiple systems in the body, so care cannot be one-dimensional. I use my U.P.L.I.F.T. Method to look at the full picture, connecting sleep, mood, metabolism, hormones, and musculoskeletal health so nothing is missed.
From there, I offer three levels of care for restoring, balancing, and optimizing, designed to meet you where you are and support where you’re going. Each program includes prescribing, personalized treatment, and ongoing support between visits, so your care stays clear, responsive, and effective over time.
My goal is not just to manage symptoms, but to help you feel better now and continue to feel supported in your long-term health.
How I Live
I also enjoy educating and speaking on menopause care, hormonal health, and women’s long-term wellbeing, bringing a clear, evidence-based perspective to a stage of life that is often misunderstood.
Across patient care, educating, and speaking, my focus remains the same: helping women feel informed, supported, and confident in how they move forward.
Outside of my practice, I prioritize the same things I encourage for my patients: staying active, maintaining balance, and taking care of my long-term health.
I believe the goal of good care goes beyond symptom relief, it’s about helping you feel like the best version of yourself in your everyday life.
