SPEAKING & COLLABORATIONS
Menopause Educator & Speaker

I believe menopause education should be a standard of care.
As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), specializing in comprehensive menopause care, I’m passionate about helping women better understand what’s happening in their bodies and closing the gap between symptoms and effective, evidence-based care—not just for women, but for their loved ones supporting them, and for society as a whole.
In addition to patient care, I contribute as a clinician, educator, facilitator, and speaker, working with organizations including Bay Club, Torrance Memorial Medical Center, USC Alumni Association, National Junior League of Young Men, ISSWSH, the Heather Hirsch Collaborative, and M Factor. I also offer seasonal Menopause 101 classes and regularly participate in panels and educational initiatives advancing menopause awareness and care.

BRAND COLLABORATIONS
I partner with brands that align with women’s health and leading an active midlife.
Through both my clinical work and personal lifestyle, including running, tennis, and an active approach to health, I bring a grounded, informed perspective to partnerships focused on supporting women through midlife.
I’m particularly interested in collaborations that emphasize education, evidence-based products, and solutions that help women feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
